I AM WALKING ON

Am walking on,
Without looking back.
Without a single grudge,
But theirs giving me the urge,
To walk on without looking back
Without a single grudge.

Am walking on,
Past the limits you set for me,
Miles against thine prophecy,
A future you swore I wont see,
Person you claimed I cant be,
A witness come and be,
The reality come n see
The walk about me.

Am walking on,
Beyond what my name means,
Despite what my star reads,
Past what my generation says,
Breaking what the record holds
Further than I can send my voice.

Am walking on,
Into the year without any fear,
Lots to bear,shedding no tear
With courage am walking on,
The past at my back.
Stepping on the lacks n lucks.
Across the ups n downs
To the promised land,I'll land.

Am walking on,
Into the promises of God,
The frame of my potential,
Cream of my ability,
Peek of my desires..
Into an abundant life
Am walking on.
